Due to ongoing growth, we are looking for 4 x Trainee Site Traffic Management Specialists (STMS) to join our small tight knit team. You will be responsible for managing all temporary traffic management aspects of a roadworks site, ensuring protection of all workers and road users, making sure traffic is directed as per the Traffic Management Plan (TMP) as well as ensuring compliance with the necessary standards. Duties & Responsibilities: • Manually Direct Road traffic and pedestrians flows • Install Temporary Traffic Management as per approved traffic management plan • Actively participate in site audits • Emergency responses using the correct signs and devices to ensure the safety of workers, motorists and pedestrians. Applicants must have the following: • Class 2 driver’s license will be an advantage • Current or previous TTMW/TMO/STMS qualifications is required • Great work ethic and a positive attitude • Minimum guaranteed 30 hours per week • Able to work Monday to Saturday • Ability to work nightshift when required. • Pay rate of $26-$30/hr depending on experience • Agile and Reliable • Professional and ability to effectively communication with key stakeholders.
