You’ll begin in a patrol role and transition into CCTV monitoring, becoming the eyes and ears of the operation. Key Details - ASAP start until June 2026 - $30 per hour + 8% holiday pay - Based in Auckland CBD - Rostered fortnightly shifts across 7 days between 7am - 10pm so flexibility is a must! - Overtime available after 80 hours in a fortnight About the role This supportive team require additional assistance within the CCTV and community warden monitoring space, liaising with the wider organisation to ensure incidents are responded to correctly and announcements are made promptly, customer service and safety is paramount. The role will initally start within the patrolling team on the ground before moving into the monitoring position. Duties will include - Monitor live CCTV feeds and respond to incidents swiftly - Coordinate support teams and dispatch resources - Communicate clearly with internal teams and external stakeholders - Provide excellent customer service via phone and email - Liaise with local businesses and support community safety initiatives - Maintain accurate records and reports About you - Minimum 1 year of CCTV operator experience - Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test - Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills - Tech-savvy with a keen eye for detail - Adaptable, resilient, and a collaborative team player - Passionate about customer service and community wellbeing If you are available ASAP, eligible to work in New Zealand and keen to hear more apply now!
