Job Details: Penrose, Auckland | August/September start | 10-month fixed term | On-site | 20 hours per week Our client is looking for an organised, proactive Office Manager to keep their Auckland workplace running smoothly. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you’ll help create a welcoming, efficient, and engaging office environment. What you’ll do: -Coordinate day-to-day office operations, supplies, maintenance, and site tours -Liaise with building management and external vendors -Support the onboarding of new employees alongside the local IT and Operations teams -Help organise team events and employee experience initiatives -Ensure the office remains safe, tidy, and inviting What you’ll bring: -Previous office management experience -Strong organisational, time management, and communication skills -Confidence using tools like Google Workspace and Slack -A proactive, trustworthy approach with the ability to work independently -Comfort managing competing priorities Please apply by submitting your cv - applications without a full CV will not be responded to.
