About the Role We are seeking skilled and experienced Carpenters to join our team and support our precast and construction projects across Horowhenua. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with relevant experience to further develop their careers in carpentry and contribute to high-quality infrastructure projects This is a great opportunity for experienced workers to step up into a Carpenter role and continue delivering high-quality work within our precast and construction teams. The position involves constructing and installing formwork and frameworks for concrete, with a strong focus on precast concrete components. Key Responsibilities: * Read and interpret technical drawings and plans * Build, assemble and strip formwork and falsework * Assist in casting, handling and installing precast concrete elements * Operate power and hand tools safely and efficiently * Maintain high safety and quality standards across all work * Measure, cut and assemble materials as required for construction.
