Maximum Wash is expanding a looking for a person to manage our new Christchurch operations and branch. As part of this role, we require an experienced water blaster/house wash/building washer with a can do willing attitude and great communication skills. The role will grow over the years to running your own team and daily operations alongsie our Auckland office. Role Overview This is a dual role that combines physical, on-site exterior cleaning work with client-facing responsibilities. You’ll be responsible for: Carrying out exterior cleaning services (house washing, roof treatments, gutter cleaning, etc.) Completing site visits, assessing jobs, and preparing accurate quotes for clients Managing client communication and providing excellent customer service Coordinating daily schedules and ensuring jobs are delivered on time and to a high standard Overseeing health & safety practices on-site Supporting branch growth, including training and supervising future team members What We Offer Competitive pay with performance incentives A company vehicle, phone, and all equipment provided Full training in our cleaning systems, quoting process, and health & safety Opportunity to grow into a Branch Manager role as the team expands Be part of a supportive, fast-growing business with big plans You will be responsible for looking after your own truck, gear, and equipment.
