Green Dog Insulation is looking for an Insulation team leader to join the team in Christchurch City. We guarantee minimum of 30 hours per week with the payrate between $28 - $35p/h. We offer flexible hours and if you are keen to work hard, you can get great incentives. You will be working within Canterbury region, but may be required to travel from time to time for some out of town work Key skills and requirements for the role/s are: • At least two years of relevant experience • Experience installing insulation in existing homes • Experience with New Build / Commercial insulation is an advantage • Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements Applicants must: • Pay rate is $28-$35 • Managing a team • Training new staff • Be capable of high productivity & self-motivated • Be honest, reliable & punctual • Have a strong work ethic • Have a keen eye for detail and consistently produce high-quality work • Not afraid of hard work • Hold a current full licence and be competent to drive a manual transmission vehicle • Hold a current Site Safe passport & EWP would be an advantage • Have a clear record of employment with solid references If you believe you have what it takes, are looking for a long term part-time or full-time job, and are prepared to work hard to earn well, we would like to hear from you.
