- Immediate start - Office-based position located at the Airport Campus - Competitive salary and great benefits - Rotating rosters - 4 days on, 4 days off (No flexibility) About the company & role: We are currently seeking an Airline Support Specialist to join our client who is a global leader for crew accommodation solutions. Their technology platform streamlines the entire crew planning process, making day-to-day operations more efficient and elevating the crew layover experience. As an Airline Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our airline partners and passengers. This is a reactive role where you will need to be engaged, and a self-starter. Day to day responsibilities: - Provide assistance and support to our airline partners and their passengers - Manage flight disruptions, including rebooking, schedule changes, and cancellations - Communicate effectively with airline partners and passengers to provide updates and information - Work with other departments to ensure smooth operations and prompt resolutions - Maintain accurate records and documentation of all interactions and transactions Days & Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week. Rotating rosters 4 days on, 4 days off, between 12pm – 10pm. Flexibility to work overtime and on public holidays is required.
