Wake Up & Sit (Community Online Meditation)

# Sunrise Online Sit ## a community practice invitation Kia ora everyone, We are holding a 30-minute community meditation practice online, four days a week, Tuesday to Friday, 6am - 6:30am NZT. We would like to invite anyone from the wider Wangapeka community to join us if you would like the support and solidarity of sitting together. The session starts and ends with a prayer. This is a silent endeavour, but if you would like some meditation instruction, please include this request in your email. All suggestions are welcome.
