We're looking for an Agile Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team and support the delivery of customer-focused digital projects. This is a fixed-term 6 month project based role. About the Role: As our Agile Project Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting project teams throughout the lifecycle of multiple initiatives. You'll facilitate agile ceremonies, maintain project discipline, and ensure effective coordination across workstreams. This is a fast-paced role where your ability to manage schedules, follow up on actions, and support cross-team collaboration will be critical to success. Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate and schedule project meetings, stand-ups, and reviews * Maintain accurate project plans and track action items * Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews and creation of user stories. * Support system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) * Communicate effectively across business and technical teams * Prepare and manage project documentation and ensure audit readiness * Keep customer experience at the forefront of project delivery. What You'll Bring: * Proven experience as a Project Coordinator (or similar role) in digital projects * Strong organisational and administrative skills * Confident communicator with stakeholder engagement experience * Proficiency in tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, MS Office/Teams * Experience in a variety of project management environments (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) * Relevant tertiary qualification or industry certification.
