We're looking for a hands-on Compliance Manager to lead health & safety, environmental, MPI export, and biosecurity compliance across our clients' operations. The Role You'll be the go-to person for all compliance matters - from workplace safety to environmental monitoring, export licensing, and biosecurity. Working closely with our operational teams, auditors, and regulators, you'll ensure they meet legal requirements and drive improvements. What You'll Do * Lead and maintain H&S systems, inspections, and training. * Manage environmental compliance for air, water, and waste. * Ensure accurate records for consent and MPI requirements. * Oversee MPI regulations, RMP, and export documentation. * Act as or support the Transitional Facility Operator. * Prepare for and lead internal/external audits. What You'll Bring * 3+ years' experience in compliance, environmental, or regulatory roles (manufacturing or industrial preferred). * Strong working knowledge of NZ H&S, MPI, and environmental regulations. * Familiarity with RMPs, and biosecurity an advantage (training available). * Excellent coordination, documentation, and leadership skills.
