A1homes is looking for an experienced Residential Project Manager to join our team. You’ll oversee the delivery of new home builds from start to finish, working with reliable subcontractors and suppliers while being supported by the strength of a well-known national brand. About the Role *Manage the full project lifecycle for new residential builds *Oversee budgets, schedules, and on-site Health & Safety compliance *Lead and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to achieve quality outcomes *Maintain clear, professional communication with clients throughout the build process *Use digital tools and project management systems to track and report on progress What You’ll Bring *Proven project management experience in NZ residential construction *Strong understanding of Health & Safety and compliance requirements *Excellent organisation, time management, and communication skills *A solid network of local subcontractors and suppliers *LBP licence or trade qualification (preferred) *Competence with PCs and project management software What We Offer *Competitive salary $90,000 – $100,000, based on experience *Annual bonus opportunity *Company vehicle, fuel card, laptop and phone *A supportive, down-to-earth team culture *Monday to Friday role with occasional flexibility Apply Now If this sounds like the next step in your career, we’d love to hear from you.
