You’ll oversee the delivery of new home builds from start to finish, working with reliable subcontractors and suppliers while being supported by the strength of a well-known national brand. About the Role *Manage the full project lifecycle for new residential builds *Oversee budgets, schedules, and on-site Health & Safety compliance *Lead and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to achieve quality outcomes *Maintain clear, professional communication with clients throughout the build process *Use digital tools and project management systems to track and report on progress What You’ll Bring *Proven project management experience in NZ residential construction *Strong understanding of Health & Safety and compliance requirements *Excellent organisation, time management, and communication skills *A solid network of local subcontractors and suppliers *LBP licence or trade qualification (preferred) *Competence with PCs and project management software What We Offer *Competitive salary $90,000 – $100,000, based on experience *Annual bonus opportunity *Company vehicle, fuel card, laptop and phone *A supportive, down-to-earth team culture *Monday to Friday role with occasional flexibility Apply Now If this sounds like the next step in your career, we’d love to hear from you.
