At the heart of our business, everything we do must be 'Good enough for Mum and Dad.' **What will you do?** We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager (experienced with 3900 series construction contracts) to lead strategic procurement across our Development and Property categories. Reporting to our GM of Procurement, you will manage the full commercial lifecycle across a portfolio that includes building materials and services, refurbishment programmes, maintenance services, warehousing support, and property-related procurement.In this role, you'll work closely with various stakeholders to shape procurement plans that support key programmes and strategic business needs. You'll also lead complex tendering activity, negotiate supplier agreements, and ensure contracts are commercially robust and aligned with Ryman's long-term goals.
