In this position, you’ll get to support the wider Gas Maintenance team (including preventative, corrective, reactive maintenance & network protection activities) with all their project management tasks, making a real impact. In this role you will be: Planning projects and activities utilising computer-based planning packages to ensure milestones are achieved and resources optimised. Support field and office staff in achieving their health and safety obligations and improve best practice. Ensuring that all required company and contractual reporting is completed accurately and as per schedule. Ensuring that both Omexom and the client comply with the Contract Agreement. Collaborate with various teams to align financial goals with operational strategies. Create engaging presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including clients. • Manage, operate and optimise maintenance plans for client assets. Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to industry technical standards and best practices. Managing labour to maintain excellent productivity and industrial relations. Achieving project margins, identifying any issues with cost and time implications and taking corrective action as required. Prepare and manage both internal and client budgets and forecasts. Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings. Ensuring that the monthly progress claims are presented correctly What you’ll bring: Engineering Degree / Project Management qualification, NZCE, or similar is preferred.
