Atlas Group is a diverse growing Civil Construction company specializing in Utilities including 3 Waters, Power and Gas, Structural Foundation Works, and also Traffic Management. About the Role: We require a skilled Excavator Operator and/or class 4 driver with practical experience trenching in road corridors, around services, shallow and deep. Must be keen to learn and work in a small skilled team and have a passion for Civil. You will work closely with the Site Foreman and other onsite colleagues. * Versatile role - working in 3-Waters (Council and Private), Power Trenching, Earthmoving * Not afraid to get dirty and get in the trench and dig around services or help the guys * Operate other onsite machinery as required such as trucks and loaders * Full time hours * PPE gear provided * Working within a small but growing team * Further training and progression provided About you: You will be part of a small team and will definitely get your hands dirty with onsite tasks. You need to show that you can think outside the box to get a job done and overall have a positive attitude and always have quality and safety at top of mind. * Experience with trenching around services to in road corridor and/or in busy Greenfields sites * Operating diggers from 1.7t to 20t * Full class 2 is preferable * WTR Licence * Good communication skills * Strong safety and quality focus * Innovative and a positive attitude Remuneration package will depend on experience.
