The property is fully insulated, double glazed, has two heat pumps, HRV system, semi furnished with whitware, couches and TV. You will just need to furnish your own room. Ideal tenant would be someone in thier twenties, either male or female, working or studying, tidy, social and willing to participate in comunal living responsiblities.
