He Korero Mo Te Turanga | The Role We're looking for a Service Manager to lead our Earnshaw Service in Woodhill, Whangarei, a Residential Level 3 Mental Health supported accommodation service. This service provides recovery-focused support for tangata whaiora (people seeking wellbeing) who experience mental health disorders, helping them build skills to live independently in the community. The Earnshaw Service operates 24/7 with daytime and awake night support, so this role includes on-call responsibilities. As Service Manager, you will lead and coordinate a dedicated team to deliver high-quality, person-centred services that promote positive outcomes for tangata whaiora and their whanau. You will provide oversight, coaching, and support to staff, ensuring services are safe, effective, and continuously improved. He Korero Mou | About You You are a confident and compassionate leader with a strong foundation in mental health and addiction support. You bring a collaborative approach, a commitment to service excellence, and the ability to guide and grow a team.
