Restaurant Manager – Glenfalloch (Otago Peninsula, Dunedin) Be the face of a fresh new chapter at Glenfalloch. Our iconic restaurant is currently being renovated and we’re on the lookout for an experienced, energetic Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team when we reopen. Nestled in one of Dunedin’s most stunning gardens, Glenfalloch is just 10 minutes from the city. We host everything from casual brunches to elegant weddings and functions. The role is diverse, rewarding, and offers the chance to make your mark in a truly special setting. What you’ll bring: *Proven leadership and team management skills *A passion for outstanding customer service *Strong wine and beverage knowledge (LCQ ideal) *Experience running daily operations: bookings, rosters, stock, staffing *Barista-level coffee skills and the ability to train others *Collaborative approach to working with chefs and event teams *Financial awareness to help manage budgets and drive revenue *Confidence in organising events and private functions Why Join Us?
