English language skills & residency in New Zealand are a MUST, and no international applications. We are a local cafe and bakery looking for a manager to join our team. We're a team, and we all work together to look after our customers - we all wash dishes, clear tables, and share ideas - so you'll need to be happy to be a team player who contributes wherever needed. We are open 7 days a week and successful candidate will be flexible on shifts across 4-5 days as needed. While we have early starts, we also have early closes that give you your afternoon free. You will be the first point of contact for all visitors, ensuring they feel welcome and cared for. Key Responsibilities: What you will do: - Make beautiful and consistent coffee - Keep a clean cafe throughout the day - Manage rosters for both teams - Manage in person and online sales - Great customers in a friendly manner What you’ll bring: - Strong communicator and team player - Passion for food, coffee and creative ideas - People orientated with excellent customer service skills - You must be eligible to work in New Zealand. - No overseas applications nor sponsorship
