We are looking for Experienced Hair & Beauty Salon Manager to join and lead our Team in our newly renovated and expanded salon in the Meridian mall. Excellent Wages + Bonuses. You need to lead, monitor, and analyse the daily operations of the salon establishment. You will be responsible for sustaining a healthy, positive team environment, and ensuring that service operations are delivered smoothly.  Handle employee scheduling to ensure there are enough service providers to meet customer demand.  Encourage customer retention and increase repeat visits of the customers.  Fully understand the price and design specials for all products and treatments.  Promote and market the business to the potential clients and grab the opportunity of upselling at every stage  Understand customer needs and set price to retain profit  Responsible for inventory management and place orders with suppliers.  Negotiate with suppliers for beauty and hair products  Introduce seasonal packages with different combination of the products.  Resolving health and safety issues  Control expenses by generating financial reports and undertake budgeting  Insure the staff are well informed of the work schedule and maintain customer care standards including service standards.  Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops.  Set prices of the products and services to gain profit at competitive advantage  Organise training and hiring of the required staff  Responsible for financial reconciliation  Promote services and products through different mediums of marketing.  Formulate purchasing policy without hindrance to quality of the products at profit margins.
