**Position Overview** Crane Works NZ Ltd is seeking a qualified and safety-focused Crane Operator to join their Cromwell-based operations. This is a full-time, permanent position, ideal for an experienced professional looking to establish long-term stability with a respected local company. The role involves a balanced workload of steel and precast lifting (50/50 split) across a modern fleet of Liebherr all-terrain cranes (100T and 40T) and a HIAB unit. This position is opening in preparation for the phased retirement of a long-standing team member, offering a smooth handover and ongoing mentorship. **About the Company** Crane Works NZ Ltd is a Central Otago-based crane services company operating under the Calder Group, a well-regarded name in the region's construction and engineering industries.
