About Us We’re a small, experienced Auckland construction team specialising in recladding, remedial, and complex building upgrade projects. Our focus is on doing things properly — quality workmanship, honest communication, and delivering great results for our clients. We’ve built a solid reputation and have plenty of ongoing work, so we’re now looking for a capable Quantity Surveyor to join our team and take the reins on some key projects. The Role This role will suit someone who enjoys working in a smaller, more hands-on environment where you can really make an impact. You’ll be involved in projects from pricing and tendering through to final accounts — working closely with our project managers, site teams, and clients. We use Procore across all our projects, so you’ll need to be confident using it for cost control, contract admin, and project reporting. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Full QS management across reclad and remedial construction projects Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tenders Managing subcontractor procurement, contracts, and variations Preparing and reviewing payment claims and schedules Tracking project costs and cashflow using Procore Working closely with site and project managers to keep everything running smoothly About You 4+ years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor in NZ construction Solid understanding of NZS3910 and construction contracts Procore experience is essential Great communication and relationship skills — you’ll be working directly with clients and subcontractors A practical thinker who can work independently but enjoys being part of a small, committed team Recladding or remedial experience would be a big plus
