COOK • PLANNING MENUS AND ESTIMATING FOOD COST. • ORDERING FOOD SUPPLIES. • RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL THE KITCHEN WORKS. • MONITORING AND CONTROLLING FOOD WASTAGE. • PREPARING ALL THE CURRIES,MO:MO AND NAAN. • STOCKING ALL THE PRECOOKED FOOD IN A HYGIENIC WAY. • RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL THE CLEANING DUTIES INSIDE THE KITCHEN. • PROPER LABELLING OF THE FOOD. • MAINTAINING FOOD HYGIENE AND REGULATING KITCHEN SAFELY UNDER FOOD AND SAFETY RULES.▪ Perform other tasks as employer requires if needed. Pay Rate $24 to $26 Doller on experiance WAITSTAFF • GREETING AND SERVING FOOD & BEVERAGES TO THE CUSTOMERS IN COURTEOUS MANNER. • CARRYING OUT ANY ASSIGNED TASK BY THE MANAGER. • HANDLING CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS. • REPLENISH THE LINEN AND OTHER OPERATING EQUIPMENTS. • ATTEND ALL THE TRAINING SESSIONS AS SCHEDULED. • FOLLOW HOST RESPONSIBILTY POLICY ALL THE TIME. • CLEAR THE TABLES AND DISPOSE THE DISHES IN THE KITCHEN IN PROPER PLACE. • MAINTAIN PERSONAL HYGIENE AT ALL THE TIMES • REPORT TO THE MANAGER IN EMERGENCIES. ▪ Perform other tasks as employer requires if needed. Pay Rate $24 to $25 Doller on experiance Assistant manager *Assisting the F&B Manager to provide full staff training to a standard that ensures positive customer feedback, positive *staff attitude and helps to achieve a higher revenue return.
*Ensuring the restaurant areas are set to presentable standard at all times.
*Ensuring all aspects of Health & Safety,and food hygiene laws are compliant.
*Ensuring the team is updated with menus, promotions and are briefed regarding any changes to day to day operations in the absence of the manager.
 *Facilitating and liaising between front of house and kitchen ensuring communication is clear and open.
*Facilitating and organising any events that are booked, in the absence of the manager. *Completing accurate stock inventories in the absence of the manager. *Ordering, stock take & wastage control *Ensuring all liquor licensing laws are compliant at all times.

 Requirements:

 *Time management.
 *The ability to delegate and prioritise duties and jobs as required.
 *Clear, effective and honest communication. 
*Able to handle pressure without adversely affecting the customer experience.
 
Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa. Pay Rate $25 to $30 Doller on experiance
