ABOUT THE ROLE The role reports to the Installation Manager and the role is to service new and exisiting customers fora ll locksmithing, physical security, hardware, and installation requirements for both commercial and residential applications. Ensuring that the needs and requirements of customers are understood and dealt with in a professional manner. You will also provide accurate paperwork for the workshop and outjobs are processed in a timely and accurate manner. You will keep all tools in a well maintained and compliant condition. Key Relationships below: * All workshop and outwork staff * Administration staff * Sales staff * Customers and suppliers * Subcontractors ABOUT YOU You will have general installation completed accurately and on time. This will include the fitting of- * Door locks and handles * Door closers * Kickplates & IPC * General hardware ites such as flush bolts, indicator bolts, door selectors * Mag clamps - physical fitting, no wiring * Electric locks & bolts - physical fitting, no wiring SOUND LIKE YOU?
