Coordinator/Project Manager Want to work 4.5 hours a week but get paid for 6? Want to spend those hours making a huge impact to the lives of others? Seeking a project manager to partner with a former CEO design professional, who has so much on the go and needs some help. Working 4.5 to 6 hours a week, there is flexibility around hours and the option of working from home. Who you are You are an experienced Coordinator/Project Manager, or someone who can bring a new and fresh perspective to the role. You thrive in an agile environment, have excellent attention to detail, always curious, hungry for an adventure, share excitement for innovation coupled with integrity and looking for a role that will enable you to grow professionally and personally.  The role You will be working directly with the person, who will be focused on transitioning from the complex world of disability and the role of a disabled person to one of a peer, re-establishing himself in innovation and infrastructure consulting, making a difference by evoking change through ‘Big Picture Thinking’ insight and vision, taking on issues that no one else will, and doing whatever it takes to make things happen. Being neurodiverse, he needs your support, so you will be working to provide the organisation and the structure around him, in this fast-paced environment, representing, managing and directing a process involving multiple organisations and consultants to achieve a desired outcome and purpose. This is initially a short-term opportunity, however your involvement will be key to the success of things and the possible establishment of a greater role within a larger group, long term. You’ll excel at this role if you; • desire to learn and can consistently understand the persons needs • have excellent attention to detail and organisational skills and are able to pick up new skills quickly. • have experience of Information Management (IMS) and Quality Management (QMS) systems. • understand the role of government social services, disability and infrastructure funding mechanisms. • have knowledge of the structure and process of the preparation of reports, funding and presentation proposals. • are confident to make decisions quickly and independently and have the ability to understand when to ask questions and are never shy to admit that you do not know something. • are personable, trustworthy, punctual, and reliable. • possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in a personal and professional environment. • can work independently, and with a team, to set goals and develop achievable timelines to meet them. • have the desire to thrive, curiosity to learn and have the ability to quickly adapt in a dynamic environment.
