This is a varied role where you'll work closely with technicians, manage retail and trade requests, coordinate deliveries, and ensure the smooth flow of parts through the dealership. Key responsibilities include: * Accurate ordering of parts and maintaining stock levels * Providing a high level of customer service to internal and external customers * Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers * Picking and preparing parts for orders and checking availability * Managing enquiries via phone, email and in person * Quoting, invoicing and taking payments * Processing warranty claims related to parts issues * Ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard and within deadlines About you: We're looking for someone who is organised, customer-focused and passionate about the automotive industry. You'll enjoy working in a busy environment, be confident liaising with different departments, and thrive on delivering excellent service. To be successful in this role, you will have: * Previous experience in a Parts Advisor role (minimum 2 years) * Automotive knowledge and panel experience * Strong attention to detail and organisational skills * Ability to lift and move parts as required * A full NZ driver's licence * Eligibility to work in New Zealand (we are only accepting applications from candidates currently based in NZ) About us: Armstrong's represents 20 leading international automotive brands across 20 dealerships in New Zealand.
