About the Role: We’re looking for a customer service superstar to join our team in a key weekend role (Friday to Monday). You’ll be the first point of contact for clients—answering calls, responding to emails and live chats, processing job bookings, and supporting our field teams. You’ll need to stay calm under pressure, be friendly, quick-thinking, and confident using systems like AroFlo (or willing to learn!). There's flexibility to pick up extra days if you're keen.
