This full-time casual role offers consistent hours, solid training and the opportunity to go permanent for the right person. About the Role You'll operate a hydro excavation truck using high-pressure water and vacuum systems to safely expose underground utilities. This is physical, hands-on work with plenty of variety and a strong team culture. Key Duties * Driving to and from job sites across the region * Operating hydro vac equipment around sensitive underground services * Assisting with trenching, pipe excavation and site clean-ups * Performing daily vehicle checks and basic maintenance * Completing job records and communicating with supervisors * Following all health and safety procedures What We're Looking For * Class 2 licence minimum (Class 4 preferred) * Experience in hydro excavation, drainage or civil work is an advantage * Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors * Reliable, safety-conscious and a strong team player * Flexible with early starts and occasional weekend work What's on Offer * Starting from $28/hour * Full PPE and training provided * Supportive, safety-first team culture * Potential to move into a permanent role If you're ready to roll up your sleeves and join a team that values hard work and good humour, apply now through EQUIP Recruitment.
