The best in the business. And we want you on that journey! We’re looking for a Class 5 Linehaul Driver to join our Wellington based team. This is a full-time role reporting to the Operations Manager. WHY YOU’LL LOVE THIS ROLE: * Drive a modern fleet of trucks and trailers safely across New Zealand * Be trusted to handle gear swaps, freight loading, and deliveries * Work with a supportive, experienced team that values your skills * Enjoy a dynamic schedule with rostered weekends and clear responsibilities * Grow your career with a nationally recognised transport leader * Be part of a safety-first, people-first workplace WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: * Safely and efficiently drive linehaul vehicles delivering and collecting freight nationwide * Assist with loading, securing, and unloading freight, including gear swap operations * Return swapped units to the Wellington depot for unloading after breaks * Maintain trucks and trailers, including fuel, wash, RUCs, and general upkeep * Use EROAD electronic logbooks to accurately record driving hours, rest breaks, and trip details in line with NZTA compliance requirements * Work closely with dispatch, warehouse teams, and other departments to ensure smooth operations * Follow all health, safety, and operational procedures at all times ABOUT YOU: You’re an experienced Class 5 driver who takes pride in doing the job right, safely, efficiently, and professionally. You know the value of teamwork, communication, and reliability. You’re the kind of person who doesn’t just move freight, you move New Zealand forward. You’ll need: * Current Class 5 driver licence (endorsements 1,2,4,5,F,D) * Proven truck and trailer experience, including reversing and manoeuvring * A strong work ethic, reliability, and safety-first mindset * Ability to work unsupervised and manage time effectively * Good communication skills and ability to relate well with others * Good knowledge of NZ geography.
