What we’re looking for We’re after an experienced Construction Manager (or similar Project/Site Manager) who: • Has prior experience in the civil or earthworks industry • Is a people person who can build strong relationships with clients, staff, and subcontractors • Brings excellent organisation, time management, and leadership skills • Can think on their feet and solve problems efficiently • Is confident managing multiple jobs and keeping projects on track • Is reliable, punctual, and leads by example • Has a great work ethic, positive attitude, and sense of humor Your day-to-day: • Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple excavation and civil projects • Liaise with quantity surveyors and clients on pricing, scheduling, and project delivery • Coordinate with site supervisors and operators to ensure jobs run smoothly • Manage resources, equipment, and timelines to deliver projects efficiently • Uphold health and safety standards across all sites • Report progress and key outcomes to the company director What we offer • A supportive, tight-knit team with a young, motivated crew • A company that values its people and recognises hard work • Competitive pay based on experience • A work environment where banter and teamwork are part of the day • Career growth opportunities as the company continues to expand • Company vehicle for personal use & phone Sound like you?
