The civil season is kicking off shortly, and our clients are looking to ramp up their teams across the region. We're on the lookout for skilled Machine Operators to join several leading civil construction companies for upcoming projects. What's on offer: * Seasonal work with multiple respected civil companies * Competitive hourly rates, paid weekly + 8% annual leave  * Variety of projects and sites (subdivisions, roading, drainage, infrastructure) * Opportunity to secure long-term work with the right client * PPE Provided Duties may include: * Operating machinery such as excavators, diggers, loaders, rollers, graders, watercart * Trenching, bulk earthworks, and site preparation * Assisting with drainage and roading projects * Daily machine checks and basic maintenance * Adhering to health & safety requirements on site * Supporting the crew with general civil tasks as required What we're looking for: * Proven experience operating civil machinery * WTR endorsements (minimum) - Class 2+ licences highly regarded * Strong commitment to health & safety * Ability to work independently and as part of a crew * Flexibility with hours and locations, as work may vary by site/client * Reliability and a positive, team-focused attitude * If you're an experienced operator ready to jump into a busy season, we want to hear from you.
