Position Overview: The Delivery Driver is responsible for the professional, safe, and efficient delivery of Design Windows products to residential and commercial clients across Central Otago. This role plays a key part in ensuring our high-quality window systems are delivered on time and in excellent condition, exceeding customer expectations. Deliveries may be carried out using a heavy vehicle, ute, van, or trailer, depending on the materials and job requirements. Key Responsibilities: • Confirm delivery details by coordinating with all relevant parties including the Production Manager, Project Manager, and clients • Meet scheduled delivery times through effective time and route planning • Drive safely, adhere to all road rules, and maintain accurate logbook records • Ensure all vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and compliant with legal requirements • Assist with loading and unloading of goods, as well as basic vehicle or site maintenance when required • Lead by example in health and safety, actively supporting a ‘safety first’ culture What we’re looking for: • A valid Class 2 driver’s license • A clear and respectful communicator who builds strong relationships with clients and team members • A team player who works collaboratively across departments • Strong time management and organisational skills • Someone who takes ownership of the entire delivery process, from planning through to completion About Us: Design Windows prides itself on being in a class of its own, determined to provide the best window experience in New Zealand for over 40 years.
