We’re on the lookout for a switched-on Sales / Booking Coordinator to join our team and support quoting, pricing, and scheduling functions within our busy Traffic Management company. This is a temporary role running through to mid-December, perfect for someone with strong admin or coordination experience who can hit the ground running.   Key responsibilities: * Prepare quotes and pricing documents for customers * Assist with proposals and service agreements * Track approved pricing and quoting documentation * Provide admin support for scheduling (rosters, allocation sheets, timelines)   What we’re looking for: * Strong admin or coordination background * Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) * Excellent communication skills – written and verbal * High attention to detail and accuracy   Bonus if you have: * Experience with quoting, pricing, or scheduling * Knowledge of the Traffic Management (TTM) industry   What’s in it for you? * Supportive team and practical experience in a vital industry * Penrose location – easy access and free parking * Be part of a company that keeps Auckland moving * Immediate start – get working quickly!   Interested?Ready to roll with us?
