The Work You'll Own: This isn't just a patch job. You'll be out in the field making real, lasting contributions to the power network. From the installation and replacement of poles and overhead conductors, to maintaining and overhauling hardware up to 110kV, you'll be trusted to get the job done safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. You'll also operate ground and structure-mounted equipment up to 33kV and develop clear, practical work plans that keep everything moving — even when the weather doesn't cooperate. More Than the Tools You're the Backbone of the Crew: Yes, you'll be on the tools but you'll also be the steady hand your team relies on. You'll provide day-to-day guidance, support, and hands-on leadership, making sure the right people are in the right places, and the work is delivered to plan.You'll also play a key role in linking the day-to-day grind with the bigger picture: safety, quality, customer satisfaction, and Northpower's long-term success.
