Position Overview: The Aluminium Installer plays a key role in the delivery of high-quality aluminium window systems at our Central Otago branch. This role is responsible for the safe, accurate, and efficient installation and maintenance of aluminium products, ensuring every project is completed to the highest standards and exceeds customer expectations. Key Responsibilities: • Install aluminium joinery for residential, architectural, and commercial projects • Install Johnson and Couzin roof louvres • Carry out aluminium product processing as required • Perform routine maintenance on tools, plant equipment, and vehicles, ensuring all items are compliant and in good working condition • Identify and resolve installation issues, contributing to effective on-site problem solving • Work closely with team members and supervisors to plan and schedule installations, ensuring projects are completed on time What we’re looking for: • Experience in aluminium joinery installation and/or maintenance, or a background in the building or construction industry. • Proficient in the safe use of hand and power tools. • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans and job specifications. • Proactive and well organised About Us: Design Windows prides itself on being in a class of its own, determined to provide the best window experience in New Zealand for over 40 years.
