About the Role: We are looking for experienced Laminators and/or Chopper Gun Operators to join our team in Takanini. The role is responsible for laminating both Rayglass Legend and Protector model boats and their components. Key Responsibilities: * Waxing and preparing molds * Gelcoat application, by Venus applicator or brush * Fiberglass application, by Venus Chopper Gun, or hand lamination * Sanding / grinding finished laminates * Demolding fibreglass components What we are looking for: * Proven experience as a Fiberglass Laminator or Chopper Gun Operator is preferred * You must be physically fit and able to handle physical tasks involving lifting and holding materials * Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and safety * Have strong teamwork and communication skills Position Details: * Full-time, Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM * Seasonal overtime may be required * Paying between $25 - $35/hr depending on the level of experience you bring Why Rayglass Boats? * Amazing brand, with great products * High performing team * Competitive wages * Great working culture * Training and development opportunities If you’re ready to contribute to the creation of world-class boats and grow your skills, we’d love to hear from you!
