What You'll Do: * Operational Management: Ensure efficient workflows, systems, and compliance. * Business Management: Handle daily reconciliation of the company Xero file, including debtors and creditors, and assist with monthly management reporting to directors. * Team & HR Management: Lead and develop our team, fostering a positive and collaborative workplace. * Client & Relationship Management: Provide a seamless client experience from onboarding to ongoing support. * Compliance & Risk Management: Maintain high standards of confidentiality, safety, and risk management. What We’re Looking For: * Proven experience in practice or office management, ideally within professional services. * Strong organisational and communication skills. * Leadership qualities with a team-focused approach. * Familiarity with practice management software (experience with XPM and FYI or similar is a plus). * A proactive attitude and a commitment to excellence. * Ability to access situations and make clear confident decisions. Experience Essential: * Prior management experience preferred. * Sound knowledge of AML and Health & Safety standards. * Strong proficiency in Xero, including payroll processing and reporting, with practical HR and payroll management experience. Remuneration: Given the level of responsibility involved, this role offers a competitive remuneration package. This is a full-time, office-based position, working 38 hours per week. Interested?
