We specialise in utility arboriculture, working with local and regional councils, utility network owners, and a broad domestic and commercial client base. We’re now looking for a full-time, experienced Foreman Arborist to lead our crew and help drive continued excellence in the field. You’ll report directly to our Director and Principal Arborist and will play a key role in coordinating team members, maintaining quality and safety standards, and building team culture. What we’re looking for • NZ Certificate in Arboriculture (Level 4). • NZ Certificate in Electricity Supply – Utility Arboriculture (Level 3). • Full Class 2 driver’s licence (Class 4 and STMS preferred). • Experience in all aspects of professional arboriculture, including use of elevated work platforms and climbing. • Proven leadership experience managing crews in the field. • A proactive, safety-first mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
