We’re looking for a keen, dependable person who enjoys all aspects of farm work, with a focus on tractor operation, stock handling, and general farm maintenance. *This is a Shepherd General role where you’ll work alongside the Farm Manager and Senior Shepherd, contributing to the success and progress of our vision. If you’re ambitious, eager to learn, and want to develop your farming skills in a supportive team environment, this role is for you. *The position would suit someone with previous on-farm experience or a background in agricultural contracting, who’s ready for a stimulating opportunity to build on their skills across a full range of farming activities. We’re committed to supporting our team with ongoing development and training where appropriate. A tidy three-bedroom cottage is available as part of the role.
