We are looking for reliable and hardworking cleaners to join our team at NBCS Ltd. This role involves a mix of new build cleaning and weekly commercial site cleaning across the Nelson/Tasman region. October: 10-20 hours per week (on average) of new build cleaning, preparing homes to a high standard for handover. November onwards: 8-10 hours per week cleaning commercial sites (two shifts per week — Tuesday and Friday evenings), with additional hours available later this year as projects continue. * Further new build cleaning jobs will be provided as homes are finished and ready for cleaning. *Pay rate: $30-$35 hour; with preference given to contractors who can manage their own tax obligations. Tasks include following a checklist for each site to maintain a high standard of presentation. This includes but not limited to; vacuuming, mopping, sanitising surfaces, bathrooms and kitchens. Cleaning will undergo regular auditing to ensure cleans are being completed according to the schedule of duties provided. The successful applicant will be working on their own and in small teams.
