This role requires a proactive approach to safety and the utilization of all safety equipment and procedures provided by Compass Group. This is a casual position, where the hours of work are on "as and when" required basis upon business needs. Ko o kawenga / Your responsibilities: * Provide professional customer service with a warm, friendly, and welcoming style. * Set up, wipe down, and clean tables and lounge settings after each guest leaves. * Supply, dispense, or mix beverages correctly as required, including alcohol service responsibilities. * Prepare food items in accordance with menu requirements using standard recipes and production methods. * Clean and maintain public areas, ensuring the lounge is hygienically clean at all times. He korero mou / About you: * Team player with the ability to work autonomously. * Experience in a similar role. * Flexible approach and attitude, with good communication skills. * Hard-working, physically fit, and reliable. * Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate and police clearance are required.
