This TEMUKA pie dish can also be used for quiche , pies or crumble . Its fantastic for DEEP DISH APPLE PIE as it has high sides ( 5,5cm ) which mean you are left likely to get syrupy apple burnt onto the bottom your oven , or overflow from a CHICKEN & MUSHROOM pie I always make my fruit crumbles in these ( try apple & frozen blackberries berries or , fejoia & frozen raspberries , or apple & blueberry ) , as the fruit & syrup invariably bubbles over the edges as they cook , especially if the fruit is really ripe & juicy . Fantastic for LEMON MERINGUE PIE , or BANOFFIE PIE etc Also a great size for a bacon & egg pie This is in very good condition , no cracks , chips or knife marks .
