Description

Our aim is to support people to maintain independence and have the best quality of life. We are currently looking for Support Workers to help support our residents within our homes providing 24/7 care. Your role will be to provide physical and social support to allow individuals to participate in everyday life as independently as possible in their home and community. This is an essential workers role so working from home is not an option. We are looking for staff who can work within a team environment, are enthusiastic about helping others, respectful, empathetic, flexible, committed to upholding a high standard of care and can see each person as an individual with varying needs and interests. Knowledge and experience are great but not essential as full training will be provided. Must have a current working visa if not a NZ Resident. Full time up to 40 hours per week. $23.66 - $29.60 per hour.
