NZCL are looking for energetic and motivated people to support our clients in residential service in Rangiora. We are looking for permanent, full-time Support Workers to work alongside, coach and mentor rangatahi and tamariki in our Intensive Support Services in Rangiora. This roster is mainly night shift. What does a Support Worker do? - He aha te mahi a te Kaimahi Tautoko? Our Support Workers assist rangatahi and tamariki who access our services to live as independently as possible in their community. You will: * work as a team to ensure consistency in your approach * support rangatahi and tamariki to go to school or access education * observe and respond to health concerns or support the overall health and wellbeing of the young person * support rangitahi/young people to work towards and attain their goals and improve outcomes.
