Description

About Us: Ashley Aesthetics is a busy, modern aesthetic clinic where things move fast—and we love it that way. We’re passionate about delivering high-quality client care and creating a seamless experience from start to finish. We're looking for someone energetic, organised, and ready to get stuck in from day one. The Role: This isn’t your average reception job. Yes, you’ll be the welcoming face at the front desk, answering calls and emails—but you’ll also be hands-on behind the scenes, supporting the doctor by setting up treatments and making sure everything runs like clockwork. If you love variety, responsibility, and a fast-paced day, this could be the role for you. Key Responsibilities: · Greeting clients and managing appointments with warmth and professionalism · Answering phone calls and emails, handling enquiries efficiently and with care · Maintaining client records and ensuring strict confidentiality and privacy protocols · Setting up treatment rooms and assisting the doctor with preparation and turnover · Supporting general clinic operations, including admin and light cleaning tasks · Communicating clearly with part-time nurses and other team members · Staying on top of daily priorities and helping wherever needed What We’re Looking For: · Experience in a medical, dental, or aesthetic clinic is a big plus · Knowledge of aesthetic treatments is desirable but not essential—we’ll teach the right person · Strong admin and front desk experience, with excellent attention to detail · A fast learner who can adapt quickly and stay calm under pressure · Proactive and positive attitude—you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves · Professional, friendly, and confident in dealing with clients · Strong respect for patient privacy and clinic standards Why You’ll Love It Here: · A dynamic, hands-on role with lots of variety · Be part of a fast-growing clinic where your work really matters · Supportive environment that values initiative, learning, and a good sense of humour · No two days are the same—and you’ll never be bored Sound Like You? If you’re someone who takes pride in doing a great job, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and wants to be part of something exciting—we’d love to hear from you.
