We have an opportunity for a dedicated, skilled, and ambitious Maître d' / Restaurant Supervisor. The position, as you know, is multi-faceted. You will need to contribute to: • the physical preparation of the restaurant for daily opening; • maintaining service standards within the FOH team. In order to contribute at this level: • A minimum three years background in restaurant or retail service is essential; • Some experience in leading or supervising others is preferred; • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary; • You will need to be able to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively; • Demonstrable past experience with cash handling; • Understanding our menus and services offered; • You will need to help manage rosters and stock levels.
