About the role | Ko te kaupapa We have an opportunity for a dedicated and skilled Gardener to join our Parks & Reserves team based in Rolleston. In this role, you’ll play an important part in maintaining the parks and gardens that make the Selwyn District thrive. Working alongside a supportive team, you’ll help keep our community spaces vibrant and inviting. Your responsibilities will include the maintenance of parks and reserves, both on a reactive or scheduled basis, in line with contract specifications. This involves garden care, annual bedding displays (planting and maintenance), vegetation control, horticultural spraying, basic weeding, line trimming, and mulching. Due to high levels of scheduled work, we need a Landscape Foreman and Experienced Landscaper to support our Commercial Manager with onsite construction activity and crew management tasks.
