Position : Chef X 2 Position Pay Rate: $24 per hour Hours: 30-40 hours per week (Must have the availability to work including weekends) Location: Christchurch & Auckland Some of the duties include but are not limited to as follows: * To prepare and cook food and multiple dishes on the menu * Planning menu that meets the quality standards. * Ordering stock and checking goods on arrival. * Maintain high level of hygiene by always keeping the kitchen area tidy and clean. * Ensuring high standard dishes through skilled cooking practice and examine dishes before they leave the kitchen. * To ensure that the food is well preserved and avoid wastage. * Ensuring the kitchen equipment is in proper working condition. * Train kitchen staff as and when required. * Should have good relationships with the staff. * Completing other kitchen duties whenever required. * Requirements for this position are as follows: Job requirements: * Must a have a 3 year of work experience in hospitality environment or New Zealand Diploma in Cookery (Level-5) NZQA Qualification. * Thorough knowledge and practical skill of cooking techniques, etc. * Physically fit. * Ability to work in a team and under pressure. * Should be familiar with health and safety regulations. Position : Restaurant Manager X 1 Position Pay Rate: $24 per hour Hours: 30-40 hours per week (Must have the availability to work including weekends) Employment Type:- Full Time Location: Christchurch Some of the duties include but are not limited to as follows: * Handling front-of-house and Back-of-the-house restaurant operations. * Building good relations with the customers, speaking with diners to address any issues, and resolving them efficiently and accurately. * Planning and organizing private events and celebrations. * Selecting, training, and supervising waiting and kitchen staff. * People management and leadership skills – should have a natural ability to lead and maintain a good rapport with the restaurant staff. * Analyse the staff performance, provide feedback, and improve productivity and quality. * Planning menu, pricing in consultation with the chef, and maintaining good food quality. * Keeping records of the stock levels and financial transactions. * Take ownership of budgets and cost control methods to minimize expenses. * Promote the restaurant to reach a broader audience through discounts, offers, and social media. * Manage a good image of the restaurant and recommend ways for improvisation. * Should have good knowledge and understanding of health, safety, and food hygiene regulations & procedures. Job requirements: * Must have a bachelors degree or at least 4 year of work experience in hospitality environment. * Clean Driving License. * Good communication, listening, and memorisation skills. * Professional appearance and a friendly attitude. * Clean character with no criminal background. * Good at managing and leading people. Position : Front of the House X 1 Position Pay Rate: $24 per hour Hours: 30-40 hours per week (including weekends) Employment Type:- Full Time Location: Auckland Some of the duties include but are not limited to as follows: * Welcome and greet customers upon arrival. * Provide exceptional customer service with a positive attitude. * Assist customers in selecting menu items, take orders, and serve food. * Communicate orders effectively to kitchen staff. * Handle takeaway orders efficiently. * Process payments and provide bills. * Replenish food supplies as needed. * Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Job Requirements: * Must have the Bachelors Degree or at least 3 years of experience in hospitality essential. * Weekend availability is essential (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday). * Good communication, listening, and memorisation skills. * Professional appearance and a friendly attitude. * Hardworking, reliable, and a team player. * Full training will be provided. * Must have a clean police record.
