QUALIFIED CARPENTER LM Architectural Builders are a meticulous and award winning team of highly skilled builders who specialize in high end & architectural residential construction projects in the Canterbury region. Established in 2013, we are into our 12th successful year in business and have a number of very exciting projects secured for 2025 and beyond! Therefore, a unique opportunity is available for a passionate and experienced Carpenter to join our team. You will report into a Foreman and be responsible for assisting the team in delivering various technical building projects from start to finish, encompassing all aspects of carpentry. You're ability to read and understand plans and work unsupervised on occasion is essential. You will demonstrate a can do attitude, a relentless passion for what we do and a high standard of workmanship all while understanding and being honest about your limitations and weaknesses as we all have them – you’re only human! We are seeking someone who has a solid depth and breadth of experience as a Carpenter in the residential market and who wants to align themselves with a company who will truly recognise and value YOUR building finesse. Your natural problem solving skills and ability to use your own initiative see you as the preferred candidate.
