We’re working with a well-established client in Christchurch who is looking for an experienced and certified Scaffolder to join their team. This is a great opportunity to be part of a range of ongoing construction and industrial projects across the Canterbury region. What You’ll Be Doing: • Erecting, maintaining, and dismantling scaffolding systems in line with NZ standards and site safety protocols • Inspecting equipment regularly and carrying out basic maintenance or repairs as needed • Collaborating with site teams to ensure scaffold placement meets project requirements • Identifying potential risks and actively contributing to a safe and compliant worksite • Following all health and safety procedures, and participating in regular site briefings What We’re Looking For: • NZ-recognized Scaffolding Certificate or License • At least 2 years of hands-on scaffolding experience, ideally within commercial or industrial construction • Solid understanding of scaffolding safety practices and site compliance • Ability to interpret scaffold plans and technical drawings • A team-focused mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills • Physically fit and comfortable working at heights What We Offer: • Steady, ongoing work in Christchurch and surrounding areas • Competitive hourly rates based on your experience and qualifications • Opportunities to upskill and grow within a supportive team environment • Exposure to diverse and challenging projects If you’re a qualified Scaffolder ready to hit the ground running, we’d love to hear from you.
