We’re on the lookout for a Coffee Cart Manager to run a brand-new coffee cart near Lakes Edge Holiday Park in Lake Tekapo. This is a full-time, self-managed position ideal for someone who is passionate about coffee, thrives in a hospitality environment, and is excited to be part of something from the ground up. Key Responsibilities: - Operate and manage the daily functions of the coffee cart - Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages and food to customers - Ensure exceptional customer service at all times - Manage inventory, ordering of coffee and food, and stock control - Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant food and beverage environment - Monitor sales, set daily goals, and maximise performance - Contribute to marketing, menu ideas, and business growth strategies.
